About OwlyWriter AI
OwlyWriter AI was Hootsuite's integrated AI assistant for social media content, generating post captions, suggesting ideas from trending topics, and repurposing existing content inside the Hootsuite dashboard. The OwlyWriter name is no longer used: its old product page now redirects to Wisdom, Hootsuite's unified AI agent ('Yeti and OwlyGPT have evolved into Wisdom'). Wisdom works through a single chat interface across Hootsuite's Social OS apps — Perch for content creation, planning, and publishing, Nest for the social inbox, and Lumen for insights and listening. It drafts social posts, captions, campaign ideas, and content briefs, creates or edits images for posts, repurposes content for different networks, suggests hashtags, identifies trends (with trend forecasting up to 90 days ahead on Professional and above), and summarises reports. Wisdom is included in every Hootsuite plan and the 14-day free trial: Standard from $99, Professional from $199, and Advanced up to $399 per user per month billed annually, with custom Enterprise pricing.
