Nooks

Nooks · Nooks: Revenue Agent Platform with a Parallel Dialer, Multichannel Sequencing and AI Deal, Outbound and Coaching Agents, Plus Node for Account Executives

Open Nooks

Nooks is a sales platform that combines a parallel dialer, multichannel sequencing, buying signals and call coaching with AI agents that prospect, draft outreach, prep meetings, follow up on deals and keep Salesforce or HubSpot current, with admins deciding which actions wait for a rep's approval. It suits B2B SDR and account executive teams that want one system for outbound and deal follow-through instead of a separate dialer, sequencer and AI SDR; Node, its proactive assistant for AEs, is in early access until general availability in early 2027.

Best for

B2B SDR and account executive teams on Salesforce or HubSpot that run real phone volume and want the dialer, sequencer, signals, coaching and AI agents that draft and act on deals in one platform, with admin control over what needs a rep's approval

Not ideal for

Founders and very small teams that want a self-serve tool with published pricing, companies on a CRM other than Salesforce or HubSpot, teams that want a fully autonomous AI SDR instead of agents working beside reps, and buyers who need Node in production before 2027

Who it's for

SDR and BDR teams, account executives, sales managers and RevOps at B2B companies running Salesforce or HubSpot

Capabilities

  • AI parallel dialer that calls several lines at once, detects a pickup and connects the rep only when a person answers, with power and one-to-one dialing modes
  • Caller-ID health tools: spam protection, automatic number rotation, reputation monitoring, carrier registration and local presence
  • Automated voicemail drops, dispositions, call logging and follow-up tasks, with bi-directional sync of calls, notes and next steps to Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Multichannel sequencing with call, email, SMS and LinkedIn steps in one cadence, plus sending limits, reply detection and DMARC and DKIM support
  • Outbound agents that build target lists from accounts resembling your best customers, check ICP fit, map buying committees, research accounts and draft first-touch emails with sources on every line
  • Deal agents for meeting prep briefs, qualification autofill, post-call recaps, business cases, close plans, objection tracking, multithreading outreach and stalled-deal restarts, working from Nooks or Gong call recordings
  • Node (early access): a proactive assistant that works toward a rep's goal, drafts follow-ups, invites and CRM updates in the rep's style, and texts the rep to approve each one
  • Coaching tools: call recording and transcription, AI call scoring against your playbook, live battlecards and AI roleplay bots built from your own calls
  • Buying signals (100+ prebuilt plus a custom signal builder) and waterfall contact enrichment, with pass-through of ZoomInfo, Cognism and LeadIQ data
  • AI Assistant with scheduled agents, saved agents, a custom agent builder, Slack delivery and custom MCP connectors to outside tools
  • Admin-set guardrails for which agent actions run on their own and which wait for a rep's approval; in the Outbound Pro package, agents also run in the background on triggers and schedules
  • API, webhooks and an MCP server, with OAuth apps that let Claude or another MCP client act on Nooks data

Limitations

  • No public pricing; every plan is quoted after a demo
  • Node is not generally available: access is through a waitlist, with general availability planned for early 2027
  • Inbound agents are listed on the site but, according to the November 4, 2026 launch release, arrive in Q1 2027
  • Only Salesforce and HubSpot are supported as CRMs; with other CRMs the dialer works from CSV uploads
  • Sequencing setup needs Google Chrome, the Nooks Chrome extension, a connected mailbox and other sales engagement extensions such as Outreach or Salesloft disabled
  • Nooks says most teams take three to four weeks to go live, so it is not a same-day tool
  • Contact data from ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ requires your own subscription to those providers
  • The Revenue Agent Platform and Node launched in November 2026, so their public documentation is thinner than for the dialer and sequencer
  • No self-hosted deployment is documented

Use cases

  • Running SDR call blocks on a parallel dialer that connects reps only to live answers and logs every disposition to Salesforce
  • Replacing Outreach or Salesloft with one sequencer that mixes calls, email, SMS and LinkedIn steps
  • Having agents build a list of ICP-fit accounts with a current buying signal and draft sourced first-touch emails for reps to review
  • Getting a meeting prep brief before every call and a drafted recap with promised documents afterwards
  • Flagging single-threaded or stalled deals before pipeline review, with drafted outreach to missing stakeholders
  • Scoring calls against the team playbook and assigning roleplays built from real calls to reps who fall behind

Our take

Nooks is the rare AI sales platform whose agents sit on top of execution infrastructure it already runs: a parallel dialer and a sequencer that many SDR teams adopted before the agent pitch existed. That gives the agents something most deal assistants lack, a direct view of which calls connected and which emails got replies, and it means one vendor can replace a dialer, a sales engagement platform and an AI SDR. The design keeps reps in charge, with approval controls set by admins and a Node assistant that drafts rather than sends. The caveats are about timing and access. Node is waitlist-only until early 2027, Inbound agents arrive in Q1 2027, pricing is quote-only, and the agent layer is new enough that public documentation is mostly marketing pages. It fits B2B teams on Salesforce or HubSpot with real call volume. Small teams that want self-serve pricing, or buyers who want a hands-off AI SDR, should look elsewhere.

Who should use it

SDR and BDR teams that make a meaningful number of calls, AE teams that lose time to follow-ups, meeting prep and CRM updates, and RevOps leaders who want to consolidate a dialer, sequencer, signals tool and coaching tool on Salesforce or HubSpot.

Who should skip it

Solo founders and small teams that want a self-serve product with listed prices, companies on CRMs other than Salesforce or HubSpot, teams that want an autonomous AI SDR to replace reps, and anyone who needs Node or Inbound agents in production right now.

Strengths

  • One platform for the dialer, sequencer, signals, coaching and AI agents, so reps and agents share the same account history
  • Calls and emails go out on Nooks' own infrastructure, so agents can see replies, meetings and outcomes rather than only CRM fields
  • Established parallel dialer with caller-ID health tools such as number rotation, reputation monitoring and carrier registration
  • Admins decide which agent actions need a rep's approval, and Node's FAQ says it never sends without one
  • Open over API, webhooks and MCP, so teams can drive Nooks from their own agents or from Claude
  • SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications are listed on the platform page

Weaknesses

  • Quote-only pricing with no self-serve plan
  • Node is waitlist-only until its planned general availability in early 2027, and Inbound agents are not due until Q1 2027
  • Full integration only with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Rollout takes weeks and depends on a Chrome extension, connected mailboxes and phone numbers
  • Agent platform launched in November 2026, with limited public documentation of how each agent works

Note: Nooks publishes no prices. Its pricing page asks buyers to contact the team for a custom quote and lists the AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, AI Coaching and Contact Data Enrichment products. The Outbound solution, which bundles the Outbound Agents and the dialer, is packaged as Core (the rep directs the agents) and Pro (agents also run in the background on triggers and schedules). Contact data from ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ requires your own subscription to that provider; the Data package gives access to Wiza, People Data Labs, Apollo, Forager, Datagma and Prospeo. Node is available only through an early-access waitlist, and its pricing has not been announced.

Where Nooks excels

High-volume SDR calling

Parallel dialing connects reps only to live answers, while number rotation and reputation monitoring help keep caller IDs from being flagged as spam as volume grows.

Consolidating the outbound stack

Teams paying for a separate dialer, sales engagement platform and signals tool can move sequencing, dialing and signals onto one platform that writes back to Salesforce or HubSpot.

AE follow-through on open deals

Deal agents and Node catch promises made on calls, draft the recap or business case and keep CRM fields current, so follow-ups go out the same day with the rep's approval.

Ramping new reps

Call scoring against the team playbook and roleplay bots built from real calls let new reps practice openers and objections before dialing prospects.

Nooks vs. competitors

Nooks vs. Gong Agents

Gong Agents run on Gong's conversation intelligence, filling CRM fields from calls and emails, reviewing calls and deals, drafting follow-ups and predicting pipeline. Nooks overlaps on call recording, deal agents and coaching, but its center is execution: its own parallel dialer and sequencer place the calls and send the emails its agents draft, and its deal agents can also read Gong recordings. Both quote prices through sales.

Nooks vs. Apollo.io

Apollo.io pairs a large B2B contact database with sequencing, a dialer and prospecting agents, and offers a free plan and self-serve seats. Nooks does not sell its own contact database (its Data package draws on partner providers, or it passes through your ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ subscription), offers a parallel dialer and deal and coaching agents, and is sold only by quote.

Nooks vs. Overpath

Overpath's Molly sits on top of your CRM, inbox, calendar and call recorder, drafting follow-ups and CRM updates for approval and flagging drifting deals, much like Nooks' Deal agents and Node. Overpath does not dial or run sequences; Nooks bundles those with the deal agents.

Nooks vs. 11x

11x sells AI digital workers such as Alice, an AI SDR that runs outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone on its own. Nooks keeps human reps at the center, giving them a dialer, sequencer and agents that draft work for approval, and extends past outbound into deals, expansion and coaching.

Frequently asked questions

What is Nooks?

Nooks is a sales platform that started as a parallel dialer and now calls itself a Revenue Agent Platform. It combines an AI dialer, multichannel sequencing, buying signals, contact enrichment, call recording and coaching with AI agents for outbound prospecting, deal follow-through, expansion and coaching, all sharing one live record per account and syncing with Salesforce or HubSpot.

What is Nooks Node?

Node is Nooks' AI personal assistant for account executives, launched on November 4, 2026. You give it a goal such as your quarterly number; it works your deals in the background and comes to you with drafted follow-ups, calendar invites, CRM updates and alerts about stalled deals. Each member of a deal team gets their own Node, and the Nodes share what works. Node is in early access through a waitlist, with general availability planned for early 2027.

Does Nooks send emails or update the CRM without approval?

It depends on how you configure it. Node does not: its FAQ says it drafts and the rep reviews, edits and sends, and nothing goes out without approval. Deal agents can be set to send follow-ups and update the CRM on their own or only after a rep approves, and for outbound Nooks says admins decide what agents send alone, suggesting teams start with every first touch reviewed.

How much does Nooks cost?

Nooks does not publish prices. Its pricing page asks you to contact the team for a custom quote, and products such as the AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, AI Coaching and a data package are sold through sales. Outbound comes in Core and Pro packages that include the Outbound Agents and the dialer; Pro adds agents that run in the background on triggers and schedules. Node pricing has not been announced.

Can Nooks replace Outreach or Salesloft?

Nooks says yes: its pricing FAQ states that Nooks AI Sequencing fully replaces Outreach and Salesloft. Teams that keep those tools can still use the Nooks dialer, which integrates with Outreach and Salesloft and can run parallel dialing on Salesloft cadences.

Which CRMs does Nooks work with?

Salesforce and HubSpot, with bi-directional sync of calls, emails, dispositions and meetings. With another CRM you can still use the AI Dialer by uploading contacts as a CSV.

Does Nooks have an API or MCP server?

Yes. Nooks says the platform is open over API and MCP, its help center documents OAuth apps (including one for custom Claude connectors) and webhooks, and creating an OAuth app requires a Nooks Sequencing or AI Coaching seat. The Nooks AI Assistant can also connect to other tools through custom MCP connectors.

Nooks vs Gong: what is the difference?

Gong Agents work from the calls and emails Gong records, filling CRM fields, reviewing deals, drafting follow-ups and forecasting. Nooks also records calls and runs deal and coaching agents, but it is built around execution: its own parallel dialer and sequencer place the calls and send the emails. The two are not exclusive, since Nooks' deal agents can work from Gong recordings. Teams that mainly need conversation intelligence and forecasting fit Gong; teams that want dialing and sequencing in the same system as their agents fit Nooks.

About Nooks

Nooks began as a virtual office for remote teams, pivoted to a parallel dialer for SDRs, and on November 4, 2026 repositioned itself as a Revenue Agent Platform. The base is still execution infrastructure the company runs itself: an AI dialer that rings several lines at once and connects the rep only when a person answers, with spam protection, number rotation, reputation monitoring and carrier registration to keep caller IDs healthy; sequencing that puts call, email, SMS and LinkedIn steps in one cadence and, by Nooks' own account, replaces Outreach or Salesloft; buying signals and contact enrichment; and call recording, transcription, scoring and AI roleplay for coaching. On top of that sit four groups of agents that Nooks says run today. Outbound agents build target lists from accounts that resemble your best customers, research accounts and map buying committees, draft first-touch emails with sources, and run the sequence. Deal agents prep meetings, autofill qualification fields, draft post-call follow-ups and business cases, track close plans and objections, find stakeholders missing from single-threaded deals, and flag stalled deals with a drafted restart message. Expansion agents surface signals across the customer base, and Coaching agents grade calls against your playbook and turn gaps into roleplays. Inbound agents appear on the site but, per the launch release, arrive in Q1 2027. Node, launched alongside the platform, is a proactive assistant for quota-carrying AEs: you give it a goal such as the quarter's number, it works every deal in the background, and it texts the rep with a drafted email, calendar invite, CRM update or Slack note to approve; its FAQ says nothing is sent without approval. Node is in early access through a waitlist (Nooks customers get preference) and is due for general availability in early 2027. Nooks' main argument is context and feedback: every agent reads one live record per account, and because calls and emails go out on Nooks' own infrastructure, the agents see replies, meetings and closed deals and learn from them. Admins choose which actions agents take alone and which wait for a rep: deal agents can send follow-ups proactively or only after approval, and the outbound page suggests starting with every first touch reviewed. Outbound is sold in Core and Pro packages; in Core the rep directs the agents, and in Pro they also run in the background on triggers and schedules. The platform is also open over an API and an MCP server, so teams can call the same dialing and account context from their own agents or from Claude. The tradeoffs: pricing is quote-only, Salesforce and HubSpot are the only CRMs with full integration, setup involves a Chrome extension, connected mailboxes and phone numbers and usually takes three to four weeks, and the Revenue Agent Platform and Node launched only in November 2026, even though the dialer and sequencer are established. Nooks says more than 2,000 companies use it.
